"One of nineteen people from Mansfield, Ohio wrongly convicted of selling drugs based on the false testimony of DEA informant Jerrell Bray who worked under the supervision of DEA agent Lee Lucas. She was sentenced to ten years in prison. After Bray admitted he made up his accusation against Geneva France, the U.S. Attorney's Office filed a motion to vacate her conviction and her immediate release. A federal judge vacated France's conviction and she was released on June 29, 2007, after being wrongly imprisoned for 16 months after her conviction, and 19 months after her November 2005 arrest." |
