"Paul Frost-Smith, Ernest Bond, and Barry Cook were codefendants known as the 'Abuse Gang,' convicted of conspiracy to commit rape and indecent assault on girls who at the time of their 1996 trial in Kent were aged 11 to 14. Bond was sentenced to six years in prison, Frost-Smith 12 years, and Cook eight- years. The convictions of the three men quashed by the U.K.'s Court of Appeal on November 28, 2003, based on evidence the girls had fabricated the charges against the three men they didn't like."
