Stuart Fulton was wrongly convicted on 3/12/1998 of a firearms charge. Fulton submitted an application to Scotland's Criminal Case Review Commission (SCCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Fulton's case was referred by the SCCRC on 5/25/2001 to Scotland's Court of Appeal. On 1/26/2005 the appeals court quashed Stuart Fulton's convictions.
