Summary of Case:	Jason Giles was wrongly convicted of producing a class a drug and possessing a class a drug with intent to supply. In 2006 Giles submitted an application to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Giles's case was referred by the CCRC on 10/27/2008 to the England and Wales Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). On 5/12/2009 the appeals court quashed Jason Giles's convictions.
