Colette Gilmour was wrongly convicted on 3/28/2000 of a theft. Gilmour submitted an application to Scotland's Criminal Case Review Commission (SCCRC) for review of his conviction as a miscarriage of justice. Gilmour's case was referred by the SCCRC on 11/5/2004 to Scotland's Court of Appeal. On 2/8/2005 the appeals court quashed Colette Gilmour's convictions.
