Summary of Case:	"Wrongly convicted of negligence in October 2006 of a December 2004 incident in which her 7-year-old grandson was run over by a forklift. She was supervising her two grandsons while they were riding on a forklift when she left to go to the bathroom because of stomach pains. The 7-year-old fell off of a forklift and his 9-year-old brother ran over him -- injuring, but not killing his younger brother. After determining that the trial court had given the jury at least two erroneous jury instructions, the Queensland Court of Appeal set aside the conviction and acquitted her on November 3, 2006, ordering there be no new trial. The grandmother was unnamed for legal reasons."
