Summary of Case:	"Albert Graves was wrongly convicted in April 2008 of drug possession and drug trafficking charges in Ohio. Graves had been indicted for the charges in 2004. After his conviction by a jury Graves was sentenced to 11 years in prison. On November 21, 2011, the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals reversed Plaintiff's conviction because the State did not present sufficient evidence for a conviction. The Ohio Supreme Court declined jurisdiction and all charges were dismissed on May 8, 20I2. On April 21, 2015 the Ohio Court of Claims granted Graves compensation claim and awarded $221,252.80, that included attorney fees."
