Summary of Case:	"Kevin Dean Greene was wrongly convicted in Franklin County, Ohio. After his conviction was overturned andhe was released, Kevin Greene filed a claim for his wrongful imprisonment with the Ohio Court of Claims on September 11, 1986. He sought $1,200,000. In preparation for trial Greene sought subpoenas on May 8, 1987 for witnesses John W. Shoemaker; Tammera Wells; Howard H. Sokolov, MD.; Andrew J. Love; Alice May; and, Dorothy Green.Greene was awarded $99,661.17 in compensation on September 11, 1987 for his wrongful imprisonment. On August 6, 1990 the Court of Claims destroyed all the discovery material it had received from the parties."
