Summary of Case:	"Cecilia Guevara was wrongly convicted on September 8, 2014 of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in Harris County, Texas based on a baby bottle the 20 year old Guevara had that was filled with a red liquid. Sheriff's deputies believed the substance was codeine. After her guilty plea Guevara was sentenced to two years probation. When the substance was tested by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences in December 2014 it was found to contain no controlled substance. Guevara's conviction was vacated and her charge dismissed on January 15, 2015 when a petition for a writ of habeas corpus was granted."
