Summary of Case:	"Wrongly convicted of raping her 8-year-old daughter at their home north of Brisbane sometime between November 2005 and February 2006. The woman was convicted and sentenced to 3-1/2 years in prison even though her daughter said she didn't know if her mother entered her room and penetrated her with a finger or an object or she was dreaming it. On appeal in September 2008 the Queensland Court of Appeal quashed her conviction and ordered her acquittal, because there was a "concern about the sufficiency and quality of the evidence to support a conviction." The mother's initials only were used by law to protect the identity of the minor involved."
