"Earl W. Hahn was was wrongly convicted in 1971 in Columbus, Ohio. Hahn was 19. After his conviction was overturned, Earl Hahn filed a complaint with the Ohio Court of Claims on November 23, 1981 requesting $750,000 in wrongful imprisonment compensation. On July 22, 1982 the Court of Claims rendered its judgment awarding Hahn $89,600 in compensation without interest, and his lawyers, Amer, Cunningham and Brennan co., L.P.A., $44,800 without interest."
