Summary of Case:	"DaLena Hall was wrongly convicted on August 3, 2012 of 10 counts of animal cruelty for euthanizing animals in September 17, 2011 although the Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners hadn't licensed her as a Certified Animal Euthanasia Specialist. Hall was charged on December 1, 2011. On December 13, 2012 McCracken County Circuit Court Judge Tim Kaltenbach overturned Hall's convictions on the basis there was insufficient evidence she had committed a crime. The humane society was a certified animal control agency, which is the only organization required to employ persons certified to euthanize animals."
