Summary of Case:	"Bahader Hassankhail was wrongly convicted on December 10, 2014 of attempting to abduct an 11-year-old girl from her school in Croydon, England on July 21, 2014. Hassankhail, 18, was charged after police were called to the school when the girl told staff member she did not know him and he allegedly told them he was her cousin in an effort to allegedly take her from the school. After Hassankhail was convicted in the Croydon Youth Court, he was sentenced on March 27, 2015 to 18 months in a a youth facility. Hassankhail appealed his conviction. After a three-day hearing, on June 10, 2015 the Croydon Crown Court quashed his conviction and Hassankhail was immediately released from custody."
