Summary of Case:	"Jeremy Hebert was wrongly convicted on Feb. 18, 2015 of making a bomb threat against the White House on November 20, 2014 from his home in Plymouth, Iowa. On March 27, 2015 Plymouth County District Judge Steven Andreasen granted Hebert post-trial motion for acquittal of his conviction of making a bomb threat against the White House, on the basis the prosecution had introduced insufficient evidence of his guilt. Judge Andreasen denied Hebert's post-trial motion for a new trial for three unrelated convictions of assaulting members of law enforcement, and he was sentenced to concurrent terms of five years in prison for each of those convictions."
