Summary of Case:	"Paul Hill was wrongly convicted of murdering British soldier Brian Shaw. Paul Hill was also one of the Guildford Four. Hill was convicted of murdering Shaw based on his false confession while he was being interrogated about the Guildford pub bombing. After his conviction of the Guildford pub bombing was quashed in 1989, Hill was released on bail, pending his appeal against the Shaw conviction. In 1994, the Court of Appeal in Belfast quashed Hill's conviction for Brian Shaw's murder. Paul Michael Hill holds the distinction of falsely confessing to two separate murders that occurred in different places at different times."
