After an automobile accident Lewis Hill went to the home of the driver of the other car to talk about the accident. The other driver came after Hill with a knife so Hill hit him with a baseball bat. New Zealand's Court of Appeal on February 27, 2009 decided there was insufficient evidence that Hill had intended to commit a crime when he went to the home of the other driver and acquitted him."
