Summary of Case:	"Devron Hodges was wrongly convicted in 2013 of robbery in Lavaca County, Texas. Hodges pled guilty in exchange for a 25 year prison sentence. It was subsequently discovered that prior to Hodge's agreeing to pled guilty exculpatory evidence wasn't disclosed to his lawyer. Hodges' filed a habeas corpus petition seeking to withdraw his plea and set-aside his conviction. The Lavaca County District Attorney's Office did not oppose Hodge's petition. On January 28, 2015 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted Devron Hodges' habeas corpus writ and set-aside his conviction based on the prosecution's failure to disclose exculpatory evidence prior to him pleading guilty. The Lavaca County DA declined to retry Hodges', and the DA's motion to dismiss the charge was granted on February 12, 2015."
