Summary of Case:	"Jonathan Hoffman was wrongly convicted in 1997 of a 1995 first-degree murder and robbery, and sentenced to death. Jonathan Hoffman's conviction was primarily based on the testimony of a single witness connecting him to the murder weapon. After Hoffman discovered that the prosecutors had concealed exculpatory evidence, including rewards given to several witnesses for their testimony, he filed a motion for a new trial. His conviction and sentence were overturned in April 2004 and a new trial ordered. After seven years he was moved off death row. Almost three years later the prosecutors dropped the charges because of insufficient evidence and he was released on December 11, 2007."
