Summary of Case:	"Rudolph Holton spent 16 years on Florida's death row after being wrongly convicted of murder. Holton was released on January 24, 2003. The prosecution had withheld crucial evidence from Holton that pointed to another person as the murderer, the FBI crime lab misidentified hair from the victim as possibly coming from Holton and a jail house snitch lied about what Holton allegedly told him. In upholding the reversal of Holton's conviction, Florida Supreme Ct Justice Pariente said Holton's case was one of the strongest she had ever seen for a convicted person's innocence."
