"Raymond Hoser was wrongly convicted Dec. 21, 1988 and jailed for 6 weeks for a series of charges falsely alleging he'd assaulted and stolen money from a woman. The conviction was overturned on February 27, 1990 based on policeman Ross Bingley admission of paying off magistrate Hugh Francis Adams to fix the case and that the entire story against Hoser was a total fabrication. Court transcripts and associated documents corroborated Bingley's confession and the conviction was overturned on Feb. 27, 1990. Raymond Hoser is a leading whistleblower of government corruption in Australia."
