Summary of Case:	"Paul House was wrongly convicted in February 1986 of the July 13, 1985 the rape and murder of a woman who was a neighbor of House's. Paul House was sentenced to death. In 2006 House's conviction was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court primarily based on new exculpatory DNA evidence unavilable at the time of his trial that cast doubt on his guilt. On July 2, 2008 House was released on bail after 22 years on death row. On May 12, 2009 the prosecutor dismissed the murder charge against House."
