"Tony Hunt was wrongly convicted in 2003 of an alleged rape that occurred in 1995, based on the testimony of the alleged victim, who was referred to as AB in court documents. Hunt was sentenced to four years in prison. The Court of Appeals quashed Hunt's conviction in 2005 based on two new witnesses. Hunt was wrongly imprisoned for two years. In October 2008 Hunt filed a civil suit against his accuser." |
