Summary of Case:	"Billy Ivey aka Billy G. Ivey Jr. wrongly convicted in January 2008 of burglarizing a house in Lubbock, Texas. There was no physical evidence that Billy Ivey was the burglar and the resident couldn't positively identify the burglar. However Ivey had a felony record and the jury convicted him. He was sentenced to life in prison. On November 17, 2008 Texas' Seventh Court of Appeals issued a memorandum decision overturning Ivey's conviction and ordered his acquittal because there was insufficient evidence he committed the crime. On February 2, 2009 the appeals court issued an order to the Texas DOC mandating Ivey's release."
