Summary of Case:	"Lance Stephen Jablonski was wrongly convicted in 2014 of driving under the influence of alcohol in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Jablonski's defense was that when arrested he was sitting in a parked car on private property with the keys in the ignition and the engine running, but he hadn't driven the vehicle. The police found no evidence the car had in fact moved or that Jablonski had attempted to drive the vehicle. His conviction in the Armstrong County Court of Common Pleas was based on the trial court's assumption that Jablonski had driven the vehicle. Jablonski appealed. In October 2015 Jablonski's conviction was overturned by the Superior Court based on insufficient evidence that he had operated the vehicle while intoxicated, since simply sitting in an immobile automobile with the engine running wasn't evidence he had driven the vehicle under the influence of alcohol."
