Summary of Case:	"Paul Jannuzzo was wrongly convicted in March 2012 of embezzelment and racketeering involving his alleged theft of more than $5 million when he worked for the firearm manufacturer Glock, Inc. His conviction was based on the testimony of another Glock employee who pled guilty to similar charges. Jannuzzo was sentenced to seven years in prison. On July 9, 2013 Georgia's Court of Appeal overturned Jannuzzo's convictions on the basis the four year statute of limitations had expired when he was charged in 2009, because he couldn't have known about the alleged thefts later than February or March 2003."
