Summary of Case:	"Antrone Lynelle Johnson was wrongly convicted of rape because the Dallas County District Attorney's Office concealed a statement by the alleged victim that no assault occurred. On October 31, 2008 Antrone Johnson's lawyer filed a writ of habeas corpus when the note was discovered in the prosecutor's files. The Dallas County District Attorney Mike Ware did not oppose the writ, and on November 17, 2008 a Dallas County judge granted the writ reversing Johnson's conviction and life sentence, and ordered him released on his own recognizance. The prosecutor in Johnson's case was fired after Craig Watkins was elected Dallas County District Attorney and took over as the DA in January 2007."
