"Damien Jones wrongly pled guilty to voter fraud. After getting legal advice he filed a legal challenge to the validity of his guilty plea. After the trial court denied him from withdrawing his plea, he appealed. Jones was 27 when the appeals court allowed him to withdraw his guilty plea because he did not engage in voter fraud, but he was only a supervisor, and poor supervision is not a crime."
