Summary of Case:	"Richard Arthur Jones was wrongly convicted in 2012 of online solicitation of a minor in Erath County, Texas. Richard Jones was sentenced to five years imprisonment under Tex. Penal Code § 33.021(b). He did not appeal his convictions. Jones' conviction was affirmed on appeal. In 2013 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that § 33.021(b) unconstitutional in Ex parte Lo, 424 S.W.3d 10 (Tex. Crim. App. 2013). Jones filed a writ of habeas corpus that his convictions were no longer valid in light of Lo. The State did not oppose Jones's petition and the district court judge recommended the granting of his petition. On February 15, 2017 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted Jones's writ of habeas corpus and ordered dismissal of his indictment. "
