"Jay Kaycappa was wrongly convicted of assaulting Heather Mills (the estranged wife of Paul McCartney) while taking a photograph of her in a London subway in July 2006. Jay Kaycappa was also convicted of assaulting Mark Payne, a male friend of Mills, the next day while taking a photo of him. He was sentenced to 140 hours of community service, and ordered to pay a total of £1,150 ($2,250) in fines and court costs. Both of Kaycappa's convictions were quashed on appeal in May 2008."
