Summary of Case:	"Robert Kelly was one of the four "Little Rascals Daycare Center" defendants in Edenton, NC. Co-owner of the LRDC who was sentenced to 12 life sentences before having his conviction reversed on May 2, 1995 by the Appellate Court of North Carolina. Dawn Wilson's conviction was reversed on the same day. First jailed on April 14, 1988, convicted four years later on April 23, 1992, and finally released from custody on September 22, 1995 after being wrongly jailed for over 7 years, including more than 4 years while awaiting trial. Robert was also known by his nickname of Bob."
