Summary of Case:	"Stefan Ivan Kiszko was falsely convicted in 1975 of the sex related murder in 1975 of an 11-year-old girl, Lesley Molseed, who was stabbed 12 times. Stefan Kiszko's conviction was quashed in 1992 by the Court of Appeals and he was released after 16 years of wrongful imprisonment. Less than a year after his release Kiszko died of a heart attack while living at his mother's house. His mother, who had led the campaign to prove his innocence, then died six months after her son. In April 2007 a 53-year-old man, Ronald Castree, was charged with the murder based on a match of his DNA with the perpetrator's sperm recovered from Molseed's pants. Castree's trial started in October 2007, and after his conviction in November 2007 he was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 30 years."
