Summary of Case:	"David Klein was wrongly convicted in 2015 of hate-incitment against Muslims in Switzerland. Klein is a Jewish musician whose prosecution was based on describing Muslim's on his Facebook page as "the Nazis of today." Klein is the descendent of Holocaust survivors, and his great-grandparents were murdered by the Nazis in 1943. After his conviction Klein appealed. On December 2, 2016 the Basel Appeals Court acquitted Klein on the basis the prosecution presented insufficient evidence to prove his guilt, because his Facebook statement did not express a call to racist action or hate."
