Summary of Case:	"Marwoto Komar was wrongly convicted in April 2009 of criminal negligence in the death of 21 people on board the Boeing 737-400 commercial aircraft he was piloting that crashed in March 2007 while he was landing at the airport in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Captain Marwoto Komar was sentenced to two years in prison. Komar was released on bail pending the outcome of his appeal. In a September 29, 2009 decision that was made public in mid-December, the Yogyakarta High Court court overturned Komar's conviction on the basis of insufficient evidence and ordered his acquittal. The Court ruled that Komar's negligence was not ''legally and convincingly proven. 'The defendant's rights, position and status therefore should be restored.'' The decision means that Komar can resume his flying career."
