Summary of Case:	Karim Koubriti was a co-defendant of Abdel-Ilah Elmardoudi and Ahmed Hannan. Both men wrongly convicted in 2003 of providing material support for terrorism. Convictions vacated in 2004 after concealed prosecution documents proved that the case against the men had been fabricated by the prosecution. Also convicted of document fraud along with Koubriti and additional co-defendant Ahmed Hannan - who was acquitted of the terrorism charge. All the convictions were vacated in September 2004.
