Almost ten years after she pled guilty forensic testing of the substance in her possession determined it contained no illegal substance. Cathy Kruppa filed a habeas corpus petition that wasn't opposed by the Harris County District Attorney's Office, to withdraw her gulty plea and set-aside her conviction based on the new evidence she didn't commit a crime.
