Summary of Case:	"Tri Thuc Lai and Buu Minh Ly were wrongly convicted on June 1, 2011 of producing marijuana in Quesnel, British Columbia. The only evidence was they were arrested after being found sleeping in a house where marijuana was being grown. They told police they went to the house to pick up a vehicle and spent the night because they were tired from driving the 710 km (441 miles) from Surrey, B.C. were they lived. On May 11, 2012 the British Columbia Court of Appeals set aside their convictions on the basis there was insufficient evidence they were guilty."
