Summary of Case:	"Vincent James Landano was freed in July 1989 after 13 years in prison when it was found the prosecution had concealed a report that the only eyewitness to the murder of a policeman during an armed robbery he was convicted of, had identified another man as the shooter. The Hudson County, NJ prosecutors hounded Landano for 9 years, finally retrying him in 1998. On July 27th 1998, 21 years after he was wrongly convicted, the jury acquitted him after deliberating less than one hour."
