Summary of Case:	"Jason Glenn Lehre was wrongly convicted in 2012 of the unarmed robbery of a gold necklace from a man outside a Warren, Michigan bowling alley. Lehre had two prior felony convictions, and he was sentenced to 11 to 20 years in prison. On December 19, 2013 the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled the trial judge erred by not granting Jason Glenn Lehre motion for a directed verdict of acquittal based on the prosecution's failure to introduce sufficient evidence of his guilt of all elements of his charged crimes beyond a reasonable doubt. A new trial was granted to Lehre's codefendant, Michael Garrison."
