Summary of Case:	"Leonard Vincent was wrongly convicted in September 2009 of arson, burglary and intentionally causing destruction in a fire at his former workplace, Pat Gavin Kitchens in Whangarei, New Zealand. The fire caused about NZL$1 million in damage and resulted in the loss of 30 jobs. Vincents first trial in 2008 ended in a hung jury when they couldn't reach a unanimous decision, and his second trial in July 2009 ended in a mistrial two days after it began. After his conviction by a jury following his third trial, Vincent was sentenced to six years in prison. He was released on May 5, 2010, when the New Zealand's Court of Appeals overturned Vincent's conviction on insufficent evidence and barred his retrial. Vincent was wrongly imprisoned for 8 months."
