Summary of Case:	"Anthony Looney was wrongly convicted on April 11, 2017 of failing to obey a traffic control device in Nassau County, New York. Looney appealed, arguing that the trial judge had erred in a written order on August 26, 2016 denying his motion to dismiss the charge. Looney's conviction was reversed and the charge ordered dismissed on May 7, 2020 by the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Term, Second Department, 9th & 10th Judicial Districts.
