Summary of Case:	"Dwight Love was wrongly convicted of a 1981 murder and sentenced to four life terms without possibility of parole. His big break came in 1995 when convict Dannelle Fisher admitted that he and a man named Butch committed the murder and Love had nothing to do with it. Under a court order Detroit police turned over files in 1996 concealed from Love during his trial. In 1997 Love's conviction was thrown out and on Oct. 15, 1998 he was released pending a new trial. A the time state Judge Daphne Curtis said: "I believe he is innocent of the crime." The state declined to reprosecute Love, and on Feb. 6, 2001 Judge Curtis dismissed the charges."
