Summary of Case:	"Antonino Lyons was wrongly convicted of drug conspiracy, carjacking, and counterfeit clothing charges in Orlando, Florida based on the federal prosecutor's reliance on the testimony of 26 jailhouse snitches. Searches of Lyon's home and car, and an investigation of him turned up no evidence whatsoever supporting the charges. In vacating Lyon's convictions, U.S. District Judge Gregory Presnell wrote, "In this case, by some mixture of negligence, recklessness, and willfulness, the government utterly failed in its prosecutorial duties." Antonino was also known by his niickname was Nino Lyons."
