"James Mackay was wrongly found guilty of three counts of observing a person doing a private act for sexual gratification at Redditch Magistrates’ Court, Redditch, England on April 16, 2013. Mackay was sentenced to 12 months probation, ordered to pay the "victim" £250 compensation and court costs of £620, and he was also ordered to register with the Sex Offenders register. Mackay appealed. On August 23, 2013 the Worcester Crown Court quashed Mackay's conviction and ruled he was not guilty of the crime."
