"Harry Mackenney was co-defendant of Terry Pinfold. The two men were business partners wrongly convicted in 1980 of murdering another businessman in 1974, based solely on the testimony of a former employee characterized as a pathological liar. The two men's convictions were reversed on December 16, 2003. Pinfold spent 23 years imprisoned, and Harry Mackenney - released on parole in 1981 - spent 21 years wrongly convicted."
