Jay Cee Manning was codefendant of Jack Ray Broam. Both men had maintained their innocence since Broam's son leveled sodomy charges against them at age 9 in 1990. In 1998 the 17 year-old son told a judge his mother locked him up and starved him until he falsely testified that his father and his father's co-worker sexually assaulted him.

Jack Ray Broam, 38, and Jay Cee Manning, 37, both of Fallon, NV, had unwaveringly maintained their innocence since Broam's son leveled the charges eight years ago.
