Summary of Case:	"James Martin and his wife Veronica Martin (later known as Veronica Ryan after their divorce) were wrongly convicted of false imprisonment of a British Special Branch agent lured to a house in Dublin, Northern Ireland in February 1989. James Martin was also convicted of making property available for terrorism. James was sentenced to four years imprisonment and Veronica was sentenced to six months imprisonment. Based on the discovery of a confidential dossier with exculpatory evidence, Northern Ireland's Director of Public Prosecutions agreed in 2012 that the convictions of both defendants should be quashed based on the new evidence. In October 2014 the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal quashed the convictions of James Martin and Veronica Martin (now known Veronica Ryan)."
