Summary of Case:	"Ravin Cornelius Miller was wrongly convicted possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. The police found four plastic bags of marijuana after executing a search warrant on an apartment in Davenport, Iowa. Ravin Miller and three other men were seen walking out of. All of the other three men said Miller had nothing to do with the marijuana, and the main evidence his criminal charges were based on was the police found $735 in cash on him. His fingerprints were not on any of the plastic bags. The Iowa Court of Appeal overturned Ravin Miller's conviction on December 12, 2007, ruling there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction."
