"Rod Mills was wrongly convicted in May 2006 of one count of felony theft of over $10,000 in Sevier County, Tennessee. After his conviction following a bench trial Mills was sentenced to five years imprisonment. The Tennessee Court of Appeals vacated Mills conviction on June 5, 2007, and dismissed the charge because the prosecution had presented no evidence that Mills had knowledge the engine had been stolen."
