Summary of Case:	"Tariq Boota Mohammed was wrongly convicted in March 2011 of robbing youths of mobile phones at knifepoint in London's Arboretum Park n June 2010. His co-defendant admitted robbing the youths and being in possession of a knife, but Mohammed claimed that he had tried to restrain the robber and he didn't have a knife. In convicting him the jury found he was not in possession of a knife. Mohammed was sentenced to two years in prison. In late September 2011 England's Court of Appeal quashed his convictions on the basis that the jury erred convicting him of robbery if he wasn't in possession of a knife, because there was no evidence he had been involved in the robberies."
