"Curtis Jasper Moore was wrongly convicted in 1978 of a murder and rape committed in 1975. Curtis Moore's convictions were overturned in 1983 and he was released after 5 years of wrongful imprisonment. DNA tests in 2008 conclusively proved Moore's innocence and identified the DNA profile of the actual murderer, who was subsequently convicted. Moore was declared innocent in 2010."
